We decided to go with a traditional English dinner, consisting of prime rib, Brussels sprouts, baby carrots in honey butter glaze, smashed potatoes, brown gravy, Victorian dressing, horseradish cream, Bearnaise sauce and Yorkshire pudding. For dessert a beautiful Buche de Noel (yule log). How jolly good is that?
